My name is Claire Latchem although I go by the name Superfex. I am 23 years old and currently reside on the sunny coast of Bournemouth, UK. I am first and formost an Illustrator and Character Designer but I’m also handy with a camera and I'll dabble in pretty much anything.
My work is often described as 'cute yet professional', not unlike my personality.
I find myself hugely influenced by all types of art. These include character design, animation, model making, vector and tattoo design.
I often try my luck at anything remotely creative in the hope of broadening my capabilities as an artist.
I believe that the years I spent studying Photography before Illustration have developed a keen ‘eye’ for complimentary colour palettes and strong composition.
